1. Scope of application and Conditions of sales modifications
These Conditions of sales and any information or policies referred to in this document sets out the terms on which you may make use of our website Pigment-Club-Swiss.ch (owned by company Pigment Club Swiss Olga Alexandrovna Lutz in Fribourg), whether as a guest (“Client” or “Clients”) or as a registered user (“Client” or “Clients).
We may change these Conditions of sales at any time by amending this page.
Please read these Conditions of sales carefully before you start use the site. If you use the site, you indicate to us that you accept these Conditions of sales. You will be asked to confirm your acceptance of these Conditions of sales upon registration. The eventual special conditions applied to some products on the site are also part of the Conditions of sales. In case of conflict between the special conditions and the Conditions of sales the special conditions prevail on the Conditions of sales.
2. Placing an order
The customer can place a product order through the Pigment-Club-Swiss.ch site in following the order procedure.
No contract binds the customer with Pigment Club Swiss Olga Alexandrovna Lutz until an e-mail confirms that the order has been accepted. Payment will be debited once your order has been accepted. Only products listed in the confirmation will be included in the contract.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
By placing an order, you confirm all information you provided is true and accurate. The Client must provide a valid e-mail address when ordering products on Pigment-Club-Swiss.ch.
The Client is responsible to keep his/her contact details updated. The Client is considered aware of any communication/e-mail provided by Pigment Club Swiss Olga Alexandrovna Lutz. Any communication/e-mail sent to the Client’s e-mail address will be considered as received by the Client one day after delivery. The Client is responsible to ensure e-mails from Pigment-Club-Swiss.ch will be delivered.
Products will be delivered at the Client’s address. Any address change must be done at least 24 hours prior ordering. The Client is responsible to receive the ordered products.
3. Order validation
You must be aged 18 year or more and have completed the registration process before ordering products from the Website. You must ensure complete and accurate personal details when registering on the Website. You must immediately inform Pigment Club Swiss Olga Alexandrovna Lutz of any personal detail change or update your personal details on the Website.
The Client order following the article 2 (here above) represents a contract between Pigment Club Swiss Olga Alexandrovna Lutz and the Client. Once the order has been validated by the Client it cannot be cancelled until cancellation is accepted by Pigment Club Swiss Olga Alexandrovna Lutz.
Pigment Club Swiss Olga Alexandrovna Lutz is free to accept or refuse any order without providing the reason. Pigment Club Swiss Olga Alexandrovna Lutz will communicate the acceptance or rejection of the order by e-mail to the Client e-mail address.
4. Price
The price of the products and delivery costs will be as mentioned on our Website. The only valid price is the order checkout price. All prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs and any import duties taxes. Delivery costs will be confirmed at order checkout.
Pigment Club Swiss Olga Alexandrovna Lutz is allowed to change the price of the products and delivery costs at any time. All prices are in Swiss Francs and valid in Switzerland and Lichtenstein only.
5. Payment
The Client can pay for products purchased on the website by using Postfinance, Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. When ordering you must give us authority to receive your payment. The cardholder is subject to validation check and authorization by the card issuer.
The advance payment is done through the bank security servers of the card issuer. That means that any bank data from the Client does not run through the website.
The order will be saved and validated as soon as the payment is accepted by the payment system selected by the Client.
The Client must fill the registration form in order to purchase and validate an order. Credit card and Postcard data is protected by the 3-D secure of Saferpay (www.saferpay.com). The number of the card is not sent to the Pigment Club Swiss Olga Alexandrovna Lutz.
6. Delivery
All products are delivered to the delivery address given by the Client. Pigment Club Swiss Olga Alexandrovna Lutz is not liable for any delivery issue (wrong delivery address, lost products, etc.) as soon as products are given to the transporter. In case of a wrong delivery address given by the Client, Pigment Club Swiss Olga Alexandrovna Lutz is not responsible for not being able to deliver the ordered products.
Pigment Club Swiss Olga Alexandrovna Lutz is not responsible for not claimed returns even when the Post office does not give a notification note. The cost of product returns will be at the charge of the Client.
In case of a product return because the product failed to be delivered (post deadline exceeded, wrong delivery address, etc.), the Client will be warned by e-mail. If the Client does not reply under a deadline of 7 days, Pigment Club Swiss Olga Alexandrovna Lutz can cancel the order. In this case, Pigment Club Swiss Olga Alexandrovna Lutz is not obliged to deliver the product and the Client advance payment will be kept as compensation.
The product preparation and shipping costs are indicated during the order process.
All available products are sent in the next 3 following working days after the order was submitted (weekends and holidays in Fribourg, Switzerland, are considered non-working days). The delivery period equals the period for order preparation and expedition.
If Pigment Club Swiss Olga Alexandrovna Lutz is unable to deliver the products in a 15 working day period, the Client can cancel the order by sending an e-mail to Pigment Club Swiss Olga Alexandrovna Lutz and adding the reference order number. This cancelation will be accepted if it comes 24h before the product is given to the transporter. No order cancellation will be accepted once products have been delivered to the transporter.
If the cancelation is valid, the payment done by the Client for the order will be reimbursed. The Client cannot claim Pigment Club Swiss Olga Alexandrovna Lutz for any additional damage.
Pigment Club Swiss Olga Alexandrovna Lutz is allowed to cancel an accepted order without giving any further explanation to the Client. In all cases, the Client right towards Pigment Club Swiss Olga Alexandrovna Lutz is limited to the restitution of the order payment excluding any additional damage.
The Client is responsible to verify the product and product conditions at delivery in order to identify any issue (wrong product, product quantity, etc.).
7. Responsibilities
Pigment Club Swiss Olga Alexandrovna Lutz takes responsibility only if the Client can prove any error or damage has been caused by the company. Pigment Club Swiss Olga Alexandrovna Lutz won’t accept any compensation that is not directly related to the ordered products. The responsibility is limited to the caused error or damage and cannot exceed the amount paid by the Client for the order. Pigment Club Swiss Olga Alexandrovna Lutz excludes responsibility for any error or damage caused by third parties (manufacturer, transporter, Client, etc.).
It is the Client’s responsibility to select and purchase the right products. Pigment Club Swiss Olga Alexandrovna Lutz is not responsible if the product cannot be used because of inadequate or incompatible equipment.
8. Returns
The Client must inform Pigment Club Swiss Olga Alexandrovna Lutz in case the delivered products don’t match the ordered products within a 7 day period after delivery. Exceeding and wrong delivered products will have to be returned to Pigment Club Swiss Olga Alexandrovna Lutz and will be refunded to the Client.
The return is only possible if the products and their original package are not damaged. Any returned product that has been damaged or used won’t be refunded.
The products sold in a promotional offer (sales, limited editions, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.

The delivery return cost is supported by the Client.
Once the product is received and inspected, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the Client in order to confirm the product’s reception. A return validation or refusal will be joined to the e-mail.
Refund
Once the return is validated, the Client will be refunded with a gift card of the corresponding amount.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we are currently unable to process product exchanges.
9. Client obligations
The Client is responsible to use the product with respect to the manufacturer instructions and to maintain the product in good conditions.
10. Data protection
In registering to Pigment-Club-Swiss.ch, the Client agrees to receive information from Pigment Club Swiss Olga Alexandrovna Lutz. The Client can unsubscribe anytime following the procedure on the website. Pigment Club Swiss Olga Alexandrovna Lutz collects Client data for commercial purposes only. Pigment Club Swiss Olga Alexandrovna Lutz don’t sell contact details to third parties and preserves data privacy.
In case of the Conditions of sales violation, Pigment Club Swiss Olga Alexandrovna Lutz reserves the right to delete any Client data from the system without any justification or Client warning. No compensation or pretention will be accepted by Pigment Club Swiss Olga Alexandrovna Lutz in case of the Conditions of sales violation. In case of violation, Clients are not authorized to register again under their name or another name without Pigment Club Swiss Olga Alexandrovna Lutz’s permission.

This Conditions of sales document shall be governed by Swiss law. The Courts of Fribourg, Switzerland, shall have the exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under the Conditions of sales.
