Description
Sepia pigment for permanent eyebrow makeup gives a warm light brown hue of coffee and milk, looks great on light blonde and brown-haired women. Applicable for both hair stroke and diffusing techniques. 1 ml of pigment is sufficient for the procedure. Does not dry if closed tight. Comfortable to use. Can be used for microblading due to very quick inpour.
